'Enjoy and get a sweat on with a great 15 minute “Coach Green” Workout!  Warm up.  Our new netball warm up instructions!  Number 1- Left hand touch the floor  Number 2- Right hand touch the floor  Number 3- Spin and catch   Number 4- 5 bounce passes   Number 5- 5 chest/push passes   Number 6 - Throw and catch  Number 7- Ball juggle   Number 10- Sprint on the spot for 10 seconds.  Warm up.  Set one.  10  press ups 10 leg kick outs  10 mountain climbers  5 burpees 10 throw and catches 10 star jumps  20 straight punches  20 hook punches   Set two.  10 on knee press ups 10 leg kick outs  10 mountain climbers  5 burpees 10 throw and catches  10 star jumps  20 straight punches  20 hook punches  Cool down to finish.    #homeworkout #exercise'
